Founder of ONE, Aryan, determined (not stubborn), began her professional journey at the age of 15 with graphic arts. He completed his PP degree, completed a postgraduate degree in marketing and a specialization in Branding, but his passion came with his MBA in Strategic Business Management. A bit of a workaholic, she participates in a little bit of everything, but her thing is sales strategy and business modeling that adds value.

Graduated in Graphic Design with a Postgraduate Degree in Branding, Pisces and extremely objective (yes, that exists), she started at One as a designer and is now a partner. He uses his sensitivity and vision beyond reach to bring bossa and personality with great property and originality to brand communication.

Graduated in Advertising, she worked for years in agencies as customer service until awakening to her true passion and vocation, which is photography. Partner, responsible for the operation, is also the one who brings personality, identity and strategy to the brands through photographs full of sensitivity.

Communicative, fond of plants and coffee (it has to be with sugar). She likes to have a good chat, as well as being fascinated by reading and discovering new places. Graduated in Literature and specialized in Business Management with an emphasis on Marketing, her professional passion is to lead projects that integrate content and visual art in a strategic way. With it, each client's wish comes true.

Graduated in Graphic Design, she worked for a while as a solo freelancer until we fell in love with her work and brought her to our team once and for all.  Responsible for the strategic design created for social networks, she is attentive and interested in the most diverse subjects. Even in the midst of his distinct interests, what always brought sparkle to his eyes was the world of art.

Determined, curious and focused. Loves exploring new places, challenges and content. He began his journey in the world of Communication in 2017, walked through PP, completed a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing, took copy courses (and several others related to mkt) and fell in love! Graduated in Advertising, she started her career through an internship here at ONE in the design area and after 4 years, and a season in Portugal, she is back to the team as a Photographer. She is passionate about the visual arts, and her talents range between Design and Photography, carrying out work full of creativity and a refined aesthetic sense.

He graduated in Advertising because he believed he could combine the best of both worlds: his passion for numbers along with everything that puts his creativity at stake. Responsible for media campaign strategies, she is motivated by challenges and positive results.

As the communicative and creative person that she is, Ju loves to travel and see inspiration everywhere to reflect on her work. He started his journey in the world of Graphic Design in 2020 completely by chance, and fell in love with the craft. Sentimental, making her happy is easy: just show affection and praise her work.

Carioca who loves samba, Aquarian, shy at first, but soon the conversation flows easily – especially when it comes to social media. Graduated in Literature and passionate about human behavior, she found her way of understanding and connecting people in writing. He believes that every word has the power to build bridges between brands and audiences, which is why he is always looking to develop ideas that strategically generate relationships.
